One is a policeman who suddenly opens Yin-yang eyes (eyes that can see ghosts which ordinary people can't see). The other is a pet shop owner who is born into a spiritual family but is powerless. The two unexpectedly involve in a monster rampage incident and their cooperation is noticed by the the special affairs section. Since then, the two start their fantastic career of monster hunting.
